ONLY 5 days till the roundup!!

Can you be of service? 
We need lots of help setting up on Friday.
We need people to do registration, raffles, potlucks, water/soda, coffee maker, T-shirts, cooking w/ the grill. 

We also have allot of people coming in from out of state.
If someone is interested in being like a tour guide to some of our local sites, such as; Montezuma castle, Montezuma Well, etc.

This is The only 3 day event in the Verde Valley.  
This is the last time the roundup will be in Camp Verde.
Next year will be in Cottonwood.

Follow (circle & triangle) signs to parking lot
at pond. 
The pond/Park has over 100 parking spaces.   
Please park there unless you are handicapped.

4:00pm REGISTRATION OPENS

5:00pm Welcome & Introductions.  
Opening prayer by Roundup Committee Chair.

Followed by the Red Ball “Open” Mic Meeting.
We will toss a soft red ball up in the air. 
When you catch it, then you go up to the mic
